    • Ability to create a "Success Profile" of the critical behaviors for specific job responsibilities and work environment.
    • Presents a "Degree of Fit" based on the candidates scores measured against the Target Profile.
    • Includes Interview Suggestions based on a candidate's scores.
    • Optional Leadership Agility Assessment (LAA) available for $50, measures numerical, verbal, and problem solving skills
  • Level 2
    $195 (per candidate)
    • Measures 15 work style behaviors.
    • Ability to create a "Success Profile" of the critical behaviors for specific job responsibilities and work environment.
    • Presents a "Degree of Fit" based on the candidates scores measured against the Target Profile.
    • Includes a "Quick Glance" summary page of a candidate's work style personality traits and behavior competencies.
