Wayne Nemeroff is an Industrial/Organizational psychologist. A former professor in the School of Business at SUNY at Albany, he is currently the President and CEO of PsyMax Solutions, Human Capital Assessments, and the Nemeroff Consulting Group. Dr. Nemeroff has dedicated his work to helping people recognize their strengths and understand the skills they will need to maximize their capabilities and grow to their full potential. Wayne’s experience and his strong desire to help others has given him a unique perspective on how the world of work is shifting and what people will need to do to adapt to the fourth technical revolution.
